Our friendly and efficient nursing and support staff are dedicated to making your visit as comfortable as possible. We employ our own plastic surgery trained theatre nurse to assist at inpatient operative procedures. Our reception staff are happy to deal with your enquiries via telephone and will make every effort to schedule appointments and treatment times at your convenience.
Dr. Kim K. Tan
Dr. Tan undertook his undergraduate degree in London subsequently completing his plastic surgical training within the UK. Preceding his return to Malaysia he consolidated his skills with a Fellowship in Aesthetic/Cosmetic Surgery under the guidance of Frederick Nicolle in London.
In 1992 he returned to Malaysia and took up a lectureship in plastic surgery at University Hospital Kuala Lumpur and was appointed Associate Professor in Plastic Surgery before moving into private practice in 1995.
As one of the founding members of the Cleft, Lip and Palate Association of Malaysia (CLAPAM), Dr. Tan maintains strong links with charitable organisations and performs complimentary operations for underprivileged children in Sarawak.
His areas of expertise include breast reconstruction, cleft open palate and eyelid and facial reconstructive surgery.

Plastic Surgery International was established in 1995 and operates from within the comfortable surroundings of Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, a premier private medical centre within easy access of main routes around Kuala Lumpur.
Our dedicated facility includes an operating suite for daycare and minor surgical procedures while the full facilities and support of Pantai Hospital are available for more complex cases requiring inpatient care.
